Freediving

Our freediving training is designed for those who want to truly master the art of freediving, rather than rush through a standard 2- or 3-day course. We offer flexible options all following a proven training rhythm: 2 water days, 1 dry day, 2 more water days, another dry day, and 1 day off. This structure gives your body and mind the best opportunity to adapt and grow, emphasizing patience, repetition, and steady progress. You can gain your certification naturally as you follow this rhythm, but our focus is on the process, not just the destination.

Freediving courses

We run Molchanovs Wave 1, 2 & 3 courses in Amed alongside our coaching system to give you time to rest, absorb, and train properly — no fast-track certifications here. Learn freediving the right way, with expert guidance and structured sessions.
